Terry Webb Esq. is the owner of the Law Offices of Terry Webb located in Morristown, NJ. Terry was honored with the Prestigious Criminal Practice Award from the Morris County Bar Association. She was also recognized by NJ Biz as one of the 2024 Leaders in Criminal Law.
Terry represents many high profile clients and routinely shields their matters out of public scrutiny. She is Admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars. Terry holds Juris Doctor, from Rutgers University School of Law, with honors and received the Pro Bono Publico Award. She earned her B.S., in Political Science from Rutgers Douglass College.
Before opening her own firm, Terry was a Partner at Hanlon, Dunn, Robertson, Schwartz, & Webb. She also worked at the Federal Public Defenders Office in Camden NJ. She has given back to the community as the Morristown Municipal Public Defender for over a decade.
Terry is an esteemed speaker who has shared her knowledge and experience with the New Jersey State Bar Hot Topics in Criminal Law; New Jersey State Bar Ethics in Marketing; New Jersey State Bar – DWI Institute; New Jersey Association for Justice- Mental Health Criminal Court; and regularly speaks to the graduating class at Madison High School.
Terry is a member and Trustee of the Morris County Bar Association; She is on the Board of the small firm solo practice committee; She is a member of the NJ Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; She is a member of the NJ State Bar; She is a member of the National College for DUI Defense; She is a Board member of the Morristown Women in Business. Terry enjoys playing Ice Hockey and spending time with her husband and twin boys.
